Admin Assistant/Data Clerk are responsible for:
- Provides administrative support to the assigned program(s) by conducting research, preparing reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions, such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, data entry, and organizing calendars.
- Serves as an HR liaison to keep HR systems updated and resolve employees’ inquires. Prepares and maintains documents with confidential information with diplomacy and tact.
- Performs other general administrative and front desk duties, including clerical duties, such as greeting visitors, operating the switchboard, sorting and distributing mail, faxing and copying documents, collating, etc.
- Acts as a time approver in KRONOS, enters and reviews employee hours in Ultipro, updates system with new hire information.
- Compiles data from variety of sources, such as logs, lists, invoices, and treatment records. Prepares regular summary reports and exchanges information for use by management and other departments to monitor and track billing and expenses and contract compliance.
- Assists with new hire orientation, prepares new hire paper work. May assist with employee relations and conflict resolutions.
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- One (1) year post high school training computer, or business or office administration
- Basic analytical skills to sort, post and verify database information, complete simple summaries of data, and classify and file materials.
- Familiarity with federal and state rules and regulations governing health records confidentiality
- Time and project management skills
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to walk and move about the facilities for up to two hours at a time, to monitor and interact with clients
- Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
- Ability to use a keyboard and video display terminal to receive, retrieve, and/or audit information and data
