The Talent Management (HR) Director is responsible for:

Build and maintain strategies to foster a positive work environment, manage employee concerns and feedback, and enhance engagement and retention programs.

Works collaboratively cross-functionally to develop and implement policies, procedures and practices that support organization goals, enhance employee engagement, and ensure compliance and drive consistency across the organization.

Educates leaders on related policies and advise expertise influence leaders to ensure policy guidelines are followed when making employee-related decisions.

Leads and conducts workplace investigations using established processes to thoroughly listen to reporter, assess employee concerns and ensure timely and equitable resolution of concerns, conflicts and misconduct.

Develop and implement creative and innovative sourcing strategies and techniques to build a pipeline of qualified candidates; and implement effective sourcing and recruitment strategies.

Develop, initiate and maintain effective programs for workforce retention, promotion and succession planning.

Manage the maintenance and execution of the performance management system, including standards of performance and performance evaluation instruments.

Work closely with other HR functions to collect and coordinate aggregate data for talent pool and translate data into insights through data analysis that drives deliberate action plans at the appropriate levels.

Works collaborative with Learning and Development to deliver learning programs to enhance skills and drive organizational results.

Stay up to date with federal and state employment laws, regulations and company policies to ensure compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of broad HR experience, preferably in a healthcare environment.
- Experience designing, developing and supporting organization-wide talent management programs that cover performance management, talent development, coaching, succession planning, data analytics and relationship management.
- Previous experience in capturing metrics and producing various employment reports.
- Experience in all areas of sourcing such as the internet, social media, networking, employee referrals, job postings, as well as conducting open houses and virtual job fairs.
- Experience in working with performance management and applicant tracking systems and HR compliance.
- Demonstrated knowledge of employment laws, and best practices related to developing applicable policies and procedures.
This is a hybrid role. Travel requirement is twice per quarter in the begining and then as needed. This role reports to the CHRO and have 5 direct reports and 7 indirect reports.
