The Office Manager is responsible for:
- Overseeing and directing assigned office staff responsible for processing billing information and providing administrative support
- Ensuring proper operation of business office
- Compiling data and information, and preparing reports used in monitoring and evaluating operations, finances and contract compliance
- Maintaining expenditure records and receipts, tracking budget allocations, and initiating corrective actions to control budget variances
- Acting as administrative liaison, processing various forms and records, and maintaining personnel records and filing systems
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required, plus 1 year post high school training in business or office administration
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive office management or administrative work experience required
- Management experience is a plus
Compensation (based on experience and credentials):
- Range begins at $46,587-$67,161 annually
- Gateway Foundation conducts annual reviews including merit increases.
